I love octopus.

With it's unusual ability to change colour and form at will, they are a continuing opportunity to explore interesting forms in action. I wanted to carve a truly gigantic example of this alien creature. One of it's defensive positions is to enlarge itself to appear imposing. This fellow means business. And if that doesn't work, a quick escape can happens in seconds.
